For user initiated prints from MERA Open can of starting the job specify whether the printing is on standard media for printed or transferred to the employee in one of the following formats:
- Text Document (.txt)
All formatting is removed and only the "pure" text is transferred.
- PostScript (.ps)
If possible formatting converted to PostScript.
- Tabulatorsepereret data file (.xls)
All formatting and page header is removed and each column on the printout tabulatorsepareres to import, for example. Microsoft Excel.
If one of the specified extensions are known in the user's setup, the associated application is started with the employee transferred file after completion of job . If the employee is no longer on the system at job completion, the file is saved and transferred at the moment the employee logs on again.
