User Groups

Each user assigned to a user group , which defines the operations a user can access. A user is thus no access to a module instance. Sales or Finance, but an access to a defined set of transactions possibly across modules. Included in the user definition is also how menusystemmet be built in the form of main menus and sub-items. A transaction is defined by:

• Form A form of identification such. customer maintenance, journal entry and creditor bank statements.
• Transaction Type and hotkey How transaction can be called the MERA Open GUI.
• Update Whether updating allowed. Eg. is the form of customer maintenance defined as a transaction but only as a request and not update.
